Welcome to the web page for JA BizTown volunteers! We are pleased that you have volunteered to help the JA BizTown citizens on the visit day. The links below will help you understand what happens in JA BizTown.  If you have additional questions, please click on FAQs. Directions to our building: click here. (Many volunteers have problems with Mapquest, Google, or their GPS equipment.)

Your training is a three-step process.  You will (1) receive general training, then (2) complete your volunteer registration, and finally (3) receive training in your assigned business.  Your assigned business was provided in the email sent to you by Junior Achievement.  Please begin with Step One below.

Step One:  Click on Online Volunteer Training link to receive general training. Make sure your speakers are turned on.  Do this first then proceed to Step 2.

Step Two:  Complete the Volunteer Registration Form, then proceed to Step 3.  After you complete registration, you will be returned to this page.

Step Three:  Click on the name of the business where you are working for a brief training on that business.
