Visit Day Preparation
As you prepare for your visit to JA Finance Park, there are several things that need to be done before your arrival. Many of the documents are provided in Word format so you can customize them or create a mail merge to your students' parents.
General Information
- Teacher Checklist (Word) - A chronological list of things to do to prepare for your visit.
- Visit Day Reminders (pdf) - Information about student lunches and other items pertaining to the visit day.
- Directions to JA Finance Park (pdf) - Give to your bus drivers and parents.
- Permission/Photo Release Form (Word) - Use this or your school's form for parental permission.
Volunteer Information
- Volunteer Basics (pdf)- please review this document to get an overview of the volunteer needs, duties, and training for your visit
- Volunteer Recruitment Letter (Word) - send home with your students to solicit help for the visit day.
- Volunteer Training Letter (Word) - once you have recruited the parents, use this to information them of the arrival time and trainign requirements

Visit Day Information: Please complete and return the following items to Junior Achievement at least seven days before your visit:

- You should also complete the students' nametags so that they are ready to start immediately upon arriving at JA Finance Park (Student Nametag Instructions)
