An alumna of Walker School of Business where she received her MBA, Kathleen M. Mazzarella is now Chairman, President and CEO of Graybar, a FORTUNE 500 distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products.

Kathy joined Graybar in 1980 in customer service and soon became one of Graybar's top salespeople. She advanced into field sales management and later was promoted into corporate product management. At Graybar's corporate headquarters, she held executive-level positions in strategic accounts, human resources, strategic planning, sales and marketing. Kathy was appointed Graybar's 11th president and CEO in 2012, and she became chairman of Graybar's board of directors the following year.

Kathy's philosophy is to "earn trust through integrity, build a strong team and expect only the best from yourself and those around you." She is passionate about her company's mission and is committed to sustaining the culture of integrity that makes it such a remarkable organization. Her business achievements and community involvement have earned her recognition by many local organizations.

Kathy has been the driving force behind the establishment of a women's networking group at Graybar and in promoting careers for women in the wholesale distribution industry and beyond. Kathy believes in the importance of investing in the next generation and equipping young people for personal and professional success.
